Position: Senior Specialist for Innovative Solutions and Artificial Intelligence
Reports to: Director of the Digitalization Division
Location: Tirana

Purpose of the position:

The Specialist is responsible for the implementation, integration, testing and monitoring of approved AI solutions, ensuring safe, sustainable use with measurable value for the business. The Specialist also provides innovative ideas and solutions in line with emerging technologies in the field of information technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyses business requirements and translates them into technical solutions by implementing AI and innovation elements.
• Evaluates, configures and implements AI models, platforms and APIs.
• Integrates AI solutions with existing applications, databases and systems according to approved requirements.
• Performs testing, production deployment and monitoring of quality, cost and performance.
• Implements security, privacy, access and responsible-use controls based on the company’s security policies.
• Documents solutions and trains users and support teams.
• Identifies, proposes and pilots innovative ideas, assessing their impact and scalability.

Formal criteria:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in software development, systems integration, automation or cloud.

Required Skills/Competencies:

• At least 1–2 years of practical experience implementing AI solutions or innovative IT solutions, including API integration, prompt engineering, RAG solutions, testing, production deployment and monitoring, etc.
• Very good knowledge of Python, REST APIs, JSON, SQL, Git, etc.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and solutions.
• Good analytical, documentation and communication skills.
