Position: Core Banking Platform Senior Specialist
Reports to: Core Banking Platforms Department Manager
Location: Tirana
Deadline: November 5th, 2026

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze and follow up the resolution of the issues related to core banking system (Oracle Flexcube) and the related integrations with the system provider or relevant third-parties vendors.
• Coordinate closely with the core banking system provider and bank units that fixes,  patches and changes are properly delivered, tested, validated and documented before deployed into production.
• Analyze the business requirements and design, deploy and maintain the solutions, configurations /parameterizations of new products, services, new functionalities in core banking system.
• Design, develop and implement new modules, integrations and customizations in core banking system and  enhancements to existing functionalities and user interfaces in accordance with business requirements.
• Maintain and develop reports in BI Publisher as per business requirements
• Maintain proper documentation of the technical solution given; write and maintain technical documentation and user guidelines.

Formal criteria:

• University degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Bank IT as a Developer/Core System Expert
• PL/SQL, JavaScript and Java programming experience. Experience with FLEXCUBE Development Workbench/Extensibility framework is highly preferred
• Experience with Oracle Database 19c, as well as reporting tools such as BI Publisher
• Very good Knowledge on Banking products/services and Flexcube core banking system
• Parameterizing new products in Flexcube experience
• Very good knowledge of English
