Job Title: AML & Compliance Division Specialist
Reports to: Head of AML & Compliance Division
Location: Tirana 
Closing Date: September 11th, 2026

Role Objective:

The role objective of AML & Compliance Division Specialist is to assist the AML & Compliance Division in the mission of preserving the image and reputation of the Bank in relations with third parties and the company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitors and communicates legal and regulatory changes that are not related to the bank's clients, or existing business activities;
• Prepares reports for the Responsible Authority;
• Assists in conducting its control and its unusual information of their suspicions according to the Bank's client policies and procedures.
• Assists in conducting the control of KYC identification procedures, as well as the actions of measures, after the onset of differences and during it;
• Conducts the study of clients and categorization of categories determined by risk;
• Assists in completing the information of the college regarding the address of the requests of the Competent Authorities (DPPPP, etc.)
• Provides clarifications to the staff regarding issues related to the actions of the KYC and AML/CFT rules and procedures;
• Assists colleagues in the timely and accurate completion of all data necessary for the compilation of customs reports and that the Division is obliged to submit;
• Performs monitoring of customer control, customer care, their numbers, their transfers, foreign exchange transfers, customer loans of cases and closed times before.

Formal criteria:

• University degree, preferably in economic sciences or legal sciences;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of AML/CFT, preferably in the banking system;

• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Very good organizational and communication skills;
• Very good at adapting to a dynamic work environment;
• Ability to work independently and take new initiatives.
