A Partnership for Victory: ABI Bank Becomes Sponsor of Skënderbeu Football Club
The bank supports talent, education through sport, and the football tradition of Korçë.
ABI Bank announces the launch of its partnership with Skënderbeu Football Club, becoming the official sponsor of the Korçë-based team for the new 2026–2027 football season.
Skënderbeu is one of the most traditional and distinctive names in Albanian football, closely connected to the city of Korçë and its large community of supporters. The partnership with ABI Bank aims to support the club’s sporting ambitions, strengthen the team’s capabilities, and create more opportunities for identifying and developing young talent.
Speaking about the partnership, Igli Sulaj, Chief Business Officer at ABI Bank, said:

The 2026–2027 football championship season kicks off on 21 August, with the Vllaznia–Skënderbeu match, placing the Korçë-based team at the heart of the excitement from the very first fixture.
This partnership reflects ABI Bank’s commitment to supporting Albanian sport, teams with potential, and initiatives that create positive role models. Through this support, the Bank aims to contribute to the development of football and promote the values that sport represents: teamwork, discipline, respect and perseverance.
