Reports to: Head of the Retail Unit

Job Description:
The Head of Individual Segment Division Responsible for monitoring, managing the Individual Segment and products for this segment, while maintaining control of customer strategies, products, prices and sales in cooperation with other Retail lines.
Provides the necessary knowledge on the Individual segment market, as well as responsible for the design, promotion of the performance of all Retail products and services, taking into account the Banks strategy, competition and performance, with the aim and performance, with the real purpose, with the real purpose of the Banks income, customer maximization and ensuring a high level.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the Retail Unit Manager and CFO to prepare the budget for the Individual segments, in collaboration with other Units in Retail and/or outside it.
- Monitors the performance of the Individual customer segments throughout the year, indicating problems and opportunities, in such a way as to enable the realization of the budget.
- Monitors the performance of Individual products, as well as undertakes their improvement.
- Responsible for the effective design, responsibility and implementation of products and services for Individuals.
- Responsibilities for reviewing and implementing product changes from a business perspective (features), process improvements, pricing, etc.
- Proposes new products and services according to the needs of the market and the competition.
- Provides updated knowledge on what the market offers and monitors the competition.
- Actively works with branch managers to accurately implement specific products and services.
- Actively works with branch managers and staff to negotiate preferential pricing for specific cases.
- Support, monitor and develop professional staff as well as contribute to the support and professional work of staff.
Formal criteria:
- University degree in Economics, Finance or other related fields;
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience, preferably in a managerial role in the field of product development or in the Retail Unit;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Very good managerial skills;
- Ability to work and coordinate work under pressure of deadlines;
- Very good organizational skills;
- Very good knowledge of English in speaking and writing.
