Position: Retail Loan Products Specialist
Reports to: Retail Loan Products Manager

Job Description:

The Retail Loan and Deposit Products Specialist contributes to the development, improvement and monitoring of retail loan products, in line with the Bank's strategy and objectives. Analyzes product performance, market and customer needs to identify concrete opportunities for offering optimization and portfolio growth, and supports decision-making on loan products through data analysis, periodic reports and recommendations for pricing and product structure.

Main Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the development and improvement of retail loan products, based on performance analysis, market feedback and internal requirements.
• Analyzes product performance through indicators such as disbursement volume, applications, conversion rates, margin, profitability and portfolio quality.
• Prepares periodic reports and comparative analyses by product, segment, sales channel, branch and price parameters.
• Monitors the market, competitor offers and trends in retail lending to identify opportunities for product development.
• Supports the design and updating of pricing policies, including interest rates, commissions and promotional offers.
• Performs profitability analyses, business cases and financial simulations for new products or changes to existing products.
• Assists in coordinating the implementation of products and related changes with Risk, IT, Operations, Finance and Branch Network.
• Updates product documentation, procedures and information materials for internal and public use.
• Ensures that the relevant products and processes are in compliance with internal regulations and the applicable regulatory framework.
• Provides support to the branch network and sales units and participates in the organization of trainings for loan products.

Formal criteria:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration or similar fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in credit products, portfolio analysis or retail lending.
• Very good knowledge of retail banking products, especially loans to individuals and lending processes.
• Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation of portfolio KPIs, such as disbursements, conversions, yield, margin and profitability.
• Ability to prepare analytical reports, dashboards and business cases.
• Very good Excel; knowledge of Power BI or SQL is an advantage.
