Job Description:
The Retail Account and Deposit Products Specialist contributes to the development, improvement and monitoring of retail account and deposit products, in line with the Bank's strategy, business objectives and priorities. Analyzes product performance, customer base performance and market developments to identify opportunities for balance growth, customer activation and offer optimization, and supports decision-making for retail account and deposit products through data analysis, periodic reports and concrete recommendations for pricing, product structure and commercial initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the development and review of account products, deposits and related packages for individual customers, based on performance analysis, market and feedback from sales units.
- Analyzes product performance through key indicators such as number of accounts, active accounts, new customers, average balance, CASA balance, term deposits, renewal rates and attrition.
- Monitors the performance of the retail customer base and identifies opportunities for increased activation, customer retention, cross-sell and balance growth.
- Prepares periodic reports and analysis by product, customer segment, sales channel, branch and campaigns.
- Monitors the market, competitor offers and customer needs to identify opportunities for product improvement, process simplification and development of new offers.
- Supports the design and update of product pricing, including interest rates, commissions and promotional offers, in line with commercial and financing objectives.
- Performs profitability analysis, cost of funds and financial simulations for product changes, pricing or new initiatives.
- Assists in the coordination of processes for the implementation of products and related changes, in collaboration with the respective units (IT, Operations, Finance, Risk, Branch Network and digital channels).
- Monitors the customer journey and identifies issues in the opening, activation, use and renewal of account and deposit products.
- Ensures the updating of product documentation, procedures, information materials and inputs for commercial communication.
- Ensures that relevant products and processes are in compliance with internal regulations and the regulatory framework in force.
- Provides support to the branch network and sales units regarding product features, processes, procedures and offer elements.
- Participates in organizing trainings for account and deposit products for individual clients and performs other tasks assigned by the Unit Manager.
Formal criteria:
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or similar fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in account/deposit products, pricing, segment management or data analysis.
- Very good knowledge of retail banking products, especially accounts, packages and deposits for individuals.
- Very good skills in data analysis and interpretation of product and customer base KPIs.
- Ability to analyze indicators such as balances, active accounts, financing costs, renewal rates, attrition and product profitability.
- Experience in preparing analytical reports, dashboards, business cases and concrete recommendations for product improvement.
- Very good knowledge of advanced Excel; knowledge of Power BI, SQL is an advantage.
- Very good communication skills, cross-functional collaboration and presentation of analytical findings in a clear manner.
