Job Description:
The Head of Alternative Distribution Channels Division is responsible for designing, promoting and monitoring the performance of Alternative Distribution Channels, while maintaining the protection of the Bank's strategies, products, services, prices and sales in collaboration with other Retail lines.
Formulates and leads the digital strategy technology for Retail focusing on customer service, customer revenue and life cycle management of digital products and services. Responsible for improving the digital experience of customers by using innovative technology for products and services. Improves functionality, usage, migration of transactions in digital channels with the aim of increasing revenues, achieving growth for target to target with targeted budgets for all digital products and services.
Main Responsibilities:
Formulates and implements business, marketing and sales strategies in relation to the overall strategy of the Retail unit.
Initiates and coordinates the design of products and services related to Alternative Channels (Cards, Online Banking, ATMs, etc.) in relation to new products and/or changes in the characteristics/features of existing new products, in close cooperation with the Alternative Channels Department at the Operational Division.
Responsible for monitoring the indicated to determine its performance, customer care, as well as changes in competitors.
Manages the clients of the product portfolio, products and services, proper supervision of income, commission structures, etc. in order to maximize income.
Responsible for optimizing the Retail business by reducing costs through automation and digitalization of retail products and services.
Researches, conceives, designs, pilots, launches and markets all digital Retail products and services.
Collaborates in the drafting of pricing policies for products and services in order to achieve profitability objectives set by the Bank, including interest rates, commissions, etc. Negotiates preferential terms and conditions.
Coordinates all parties involved in the implementation of products and services in his/her portfolio, be they new and/or changes/updates to the characteristics and processes of existing products.
Manages, maintains and further develops relationships with third parties such as: Vi, MC, Processor, ATM providers, POS, etc. with a focus on bank profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for defining product/service requirements, tools, systems, etc. based on industry standards with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue maximization.
Ensures that all products and services under management in his/her portfolio are in compliance with internal and external regulations that affect them.
Participates in the preparation of the annual budget in relation to the portfolio of these products, as well as in setting annual objectives, in collaboration with the Head of Retail Unit and the Head of Alternative Channels Department in the Operations Division.
Formal criteria:
University Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, IT, or other similar fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in the field of Retail, digital banking or alternative channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Very good managerial skills
Ability to work and coordinate work under deadline pressure
Ability to manage complex projects
Very good collaboration skills
Very good organizational skills
Very good knowledge of all English (spoken and written)
