We are seeking to recruit an experienced and very dynamic employee, in the position of Coordinator of Data Analysts Teams at American Bank of Investments.

Job Description:

The Coordinator of Data Analysts Teams is responsible for overseeing the work of data analysts in different teams within the Bank, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of institutional performance reporting and data analysis. This role plays a key part in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the bank.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead, coordinate, and supervise a team of data analysts responsible for performance reporting and analytical outputs.
  • Oversee the collection, validation, and consolidation of data from multiple banking systems and departments.
  • Ensure the preparation and delivery of regular (monthly, quarterly, annual) and ad-hoc performance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide analytical insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Develop and maintain data visualization tools, dashboards, and automated reporting systems (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel).
  • Promote data governance and quality assurance standards within the department.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Risk units to ensure data integrity and alignment of reporting methodologies.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, automation, and standardization of analytical and reporting processes.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance analytical capabilities and professional growth.
  • Support strategic projects by providing data-driven analysis and performance insights.

Formal Criteria:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a coordination or team leadership role within data analysis, performance management, or reporting functions (preferably in the banking sector).
  • Experience in data management, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query, Power Pivot) and Power BI or similar BI tools.
  • Solid understanding of banking performance indicators, financial analysis, and institutional KPIs.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of summarizing complex data for senior audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
