Position: Small Business Network Officer
Reports to: Head of Network Sales Division
Location: Fieri, Vlora and Saranda Branches

Job Description:
Exploits business opportunities and develops close relationships with the client portfolio, in accordance with the business and risk strategies/policies in place.
Promotes products and services offered by the Bank through direct and efficient communication with clients.
Ensures the fulfillment of the needs and structures of proposals to improve relationships with clients of the portfolio, the Individual Segment or the Business Segment.
Contributes to the development and expansion of the Bank's income from cooperation with the client portfolio through risk management and profitability analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
• Must establish contacts and develop quality relationships with target clientele within the Micro Business Segment.
• Identifies new business opportunities with existing or new clients.
• Organizes and conducts meetings with clients, to exchange information and understand their needs for banking products and services.
• Maintains systematic contacts and communications with clients, based on the predetermined action plan and business objectives agreed with the direct supervisor, for the development and / or review of cooperation issues with clients.
• Provides periodic internal reports, notified to the direct supervisor and the business line manager, regarding meetings with clients and recommendations related to business issues addressed for discussion.
• Collects periodic information on the business and economic situation of clients, according to the credit policy or credit decisions in force.
• Proposes tailored offers for banking products and services in favor of clients, in cooperation with other units of the Bank.
• Coordinates cross-selling opportunities with existing or new clients, in cooperation with other units of the Bank.
• Coordinates with branch managers to secure loans referred by branches and supports branches with mortgage loan analyses as well as other loans whose income derives from business activities.
• Provides the client with a preliminary financial offer (the Bank is not involved at this stage) and negotiates the terms until the completion and receipt of the official loan application from the client.
• Reviews the loan proposal, prepares detailed financial analyses, provides the required information for the reliability of the clients, generates the proposal, suggests solutions and commercial strategies to follow up on the matter, etc. All actions must be in accordance with the Bank's applicable policies and strategies.
• Submits the completed loan proposal with all the main elements necessary for approval by the relevant credit approval authorities of the Bank and presents the case during related internal meetings, if required.
• After making the decision, informs the client and related internal bodies of the approved terms and conditions.
• Follows up and coordinates the steps with other internal bodies of the Bank until the completion of the loan utilization (i.e. the process of signing contracts, registration of securities, utilization of funds, etc.).
• Proposes changes to existing terms and conditions of cooperation with portfolio clients, based on business performance and overall client benefit.
• Administers the loan analysis procedure according to the Bank's internal rules and regulations.
• Follows up on delinquent clients and reports, proposing a course of action for the collection of delinquent amounts.
• Closely monitors the business performance of problem clients and generates proposals for loan payment revisions, when appropriate.
• Updates client files with new information/documents and reviews loan limits according to approval conditions.
• Handles client complaints, in accordance with the Bank's applicable procedures.
Formal criteria:
• Graduated in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of experience in the same or similar field.
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
• Very good knowledge of the Banking Market and Sales in the Branch Network.
• Computer knowledge as well as specialized training or professional qualifications.
