How to transfer your pension to ABI Bank.

Step 1: Open a pension account at ABI Bank

You can open your pension account at any ABI Bank branch.

After opening the account, the branch staff will provide you with your unique account number (IBAN), which you will need later for the pension transfer.

Step 2: Make the transfer request by applying on the e-Albania portal.

• Access your account in e-Albania using your credentials.
• You must select the service: “Request for transfer of benefit file (pension)” and click “New application”.
• From all the options provided, select “Old age pension”.
• Then carefully fill in the following fields:
  - DRSSH Jurisdiction (directory according to your residence)
  - Payment Center – Select "Bank"
  - From the list of banks that appear, select ABI Bank
• Enter your IBAN from your ABI Bank account
• Save and confirm the application.

Your pension will begin to be automatically transferred to your ABI account from the month following the application.
