Job Description:
The Specialist for Cross-Selling within the Corporate Lending Unit is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing cross-selling opportunities across the bank’s product portfolio to corporate clients. The role ensures that lending relationships are maximized through the promotion of complementary products and services, cash management, treasury solutions, investment banking, insurance, and digital banking channels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Corporate Relationship Manager to increase the operational portfolio.
- Arrange and attend meetings with other bank departments, for ongoing projects in banking products and services.
- Follow up and coordinate steps with other internal bodies of the Bank until finalization of the projects related to business products.
- Coordinates and act as focal point between customer and other bank departments for any operational issue.
- Maintain systematic contacts and communications with clients, under pre-defined action plan and business objectives agreed with the direct supervisor, for developing and/or reviewing co-operation issues with clients.
- Provide periodical internal reports, notified to the direct supervisor and business line’s management, related recommendations on business issues addressed for discussion.
- Propose tailored offers on banking products & services in favor of clients, in co-operation with other units of the Bank.
- Co-ordinate cross-selling opportunities with existing or new clients, in co-operation with other units of the Bank.
- Monitoring of client liquidity volumes in corporate banking with a focus on preventing non-operational outflows. Creating a monthly inflow/outflow report to identify trends and improve services or products affecting this dynamic.
- Monitoring of operational volumes according to agreements with clients and proposal for additions/changes as needed to increase the operational volumes of existing clients within the bank.
Formal criteria:
- University Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Previous experience in cross selling, sales, or relationship management within the banking sector.
- Very good negotiation, sales and communication skills.
- Customer oriented and problem solving.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and goals.
