Credit Product Manager

Reports to: Head of Business Segments & Products Division

Job Description:
The Credit Product Manager is responsible for designing, developing, promoting and monitoring the performance of credit products and related services for the Individual and Business Segment, in accordance with the Bank's objectives and strategy.
This role must assess market developments, competitive bank offerings and customer needs in order to create appropriate products/programs to maximize the Bank's profitability while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develops, executes and coordinates the design and development of credit products, including the creation of new products and/or changing the characteristics/features of existing products, their continuous updating.
- Participates in the preparation of the annual budget in relation to the Retail loan portfolio and in setting annual objectives, together with the Head of Segments and Products Division, Head of Individual Banking Unit and CFO.
- Is responsible for coordinating all parties involved in the implementation of products and services in his/her portfolio, be they new and/or changes/updates in the characteristics and processes of existing products.
- Collaborates in the drafting of pricing policies for products and services in order to maintain the profitability objectives set by the Bank, including interest rates, commissions, etc. Negotiates preferential terms and conditions.
- Responsible for monitoring the market to identify its performance, customer needs, as well as the behavior of the competition.
- Prepares periodic reports and monitors product performance, including data on their performance, market and customer satisfaction.
- Ensures that all products and services under management in his/her portfolio are in compliance with internal and external regulations affecting them.
- Responsible for the continuous and regular updating of information and documents related to products and services, both for internal use and for publication on the bank's website or in its branches.
- Provides ongoing support to branch network employees regarding product conditions, implementation of procedures and organizes training for them.
Formal criteria:
- University Degree in Economics, Finance or similar programs
- Minimum 3 years of work experience related to banking products and services or similar fields
- Very good knowledge of banking products and services
- Knowledge in the field of Finance, Marketing and the banking sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good collaboration and teamwork skills
- Ability to work and coordinate work under deadline pressure
- Very good organizational skills
- Very good level of English (spoken and written)
