Job Description:
Branch Network Reporting Department Senior Specialist develops, analyzes and processes reports based on the needs of the Retail Unit and the Branch Network.
This role prepares reports and analyzes data, providing presentations on the performance of the Branch Network and the progress in the Retail Unit based on Management requirements, respecting deadlines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analysis, reporting, presentation of business results for the Retail unit based on Management requirements, strictly respecting the deadlines.
- Preparation and analysis of data for branch performance based on target and KPI defined for each branch / job position.
- Preparation of reports and sending data to the branch network on a monthly basis (according to the required frequencies) after consolidating the data with the Finance Division / Branch Performance Unit.
- Preparation, analysis and presentations for the performance of the Retail Unit based on management requirements
- Ensures accuracy in the data processed for the required reports while respecting the required deadlines.
- Develops and analyzes reports based on the needs of the Retail Unit and the Branch Network.
- Periodically reviews reports ensuring that they are in line with the data generated by other reporting units in the bank.
- Monitors and controls accuracy in reports that require manual data input.
- Ensures accuracy and performs analysis for reports and presentations required by the Retail Unit and Branch Network.
- Coordinates and monitors the frequency of reports from/to branches, ensures accuracy in reported data regarding sales results and all objectives set for the branch network by providing complete data for a 360* performance of the branches.
- Coordinates, analyzes and supports all branch staff regarding data for the achievement of objectives (KPI).
- Proposes/develops new ideas in collaboration with IT / MIS units regarding existing reports based on the needs in the Retail Unit.
- Responsible for any additional tasks delegated by the Unit / Division Director.
Formal criteria:
- University degree, in Economics or similar
- Work experience in data analysis in the banking sector (preferably 2+ years of experience in similar roles). Knowledge of KPIs and branch network performance is an advantage.
- Very good skills in analyzing, processing and presenting data (e.g. with Excel, Power BI, or reporting systems such as MIS).
- Advanced knowledge in using MS Office packages, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with reporting systems and databases is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills to process complex data, to perform analysis, interpretation and presentation of data.
- Flexibility to adapt to different reporting requirements.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities, high attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate interdepartmental tasks as well as to be independent.
- Initiative and ability to propose solutions and continuous improvements in reporting and data analysis.
- Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
