Job Title:                      Specialist, “Tourism Sector facilities and RE development in seaside areas” Project

We are seeking to recruit 8 full time dynamic employees, with a fixed term contract, for the Project “Tourism Sector facilities and RE development in seaside areas”.

Summary

The project is expected to provide a thorough assessment of investments in the tourism and hospitality sector in Albania.

What will you work on:

• Actively participate in the tasks of the project with focus on quality of data gathered.
• Perform interviews through phone.
• Perform field visits and on-site interviews in the seaside areas of Albania.
• Perform internet research for hotels / lodging facilities
• Meet with representatives of associations, municipalities or other influential persons in change for tourism and real estate development to collect data about registered hotels, number of rooms, and new projects for hotel buildings.
• Talk with influential people to get references and info about the development of tourism in each area.
• Contribute in preparing & testing the questionnaire, data analysis and preparation of the results and conclusions of the project.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Good writing and communication skills;
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment is critical;
• Good knowledge of MS Office package with good skills in MS Excel.
• Internet research skills;
• Be willing to travel and visit seaside locations.
• Driving license.
• Previous experience with questionnaire fillings or field interviews will be considered an advantage.
